October 14 Sea Day

October 14 Sea Day between Melbourne and Sydney, Australia

October 14 Sea Day Melbourne to Sydney

A beautiful sea day. Lazy start to the day, read a little, popped up for some breakfast and then walked the deck a bit. It was windy on the deck so we didn’t spend much time outside.

Went to bingo and had fun but didn’t win anything. There are three games, the last one being a blackout bingo. If a blackout bingo happens in 45 numbers, the prize is $44,000! Apparently it can be done, and was done a couple of months ago, as someone on a Celebrity cruise had a blackout in 43 numbers and took home $44,000. So that’s what I’m hoping to do! Ha!

We had a nice dinner at the BLU Restaurant, watched the sun set over the ocean, and just let the evening pass, uneventful. It was a nice evening!

And that’s a wrap, more to come as we spend the day in Sydney tomorrow while the 4 day cruise comes to an end and the wild Australian’s disembark and a new group joins us for the next cruise. This is what that the 12 days cruise looks like, starting tomorrow...Carol on the go!
